Supports several NASBE education projects including the 2010 Study Group on Structure of Schools: Time and Technology in 21st Century Learning and the Wallace Leadership Initiative. Contributed to the coordination of the recently released NASBE State Education Standard, "Partners in Achievement: Education and the Military" as well as in the 2009 NASBE reports on assessment, adolescent literacy, and early childhood education. Manages the NASBE leadership website (www.nasbe.org/leadership) a site highlighting 12 states' progress in developing coordinated leadership systems that include cohesive policies to address standards, preparation, licensure, mentoring, professional development for instructional leaders. |
